Trainings are non-refundable. 

If you are unable to attend the scheduled date:

• 3d-Dispath Services Must be notified within 14 business days prior to the event.  
• Keep in mind Spaces are limited and we hold your space!
• Clients that notify 3d-Dispatch Services within 14 Business days are allowed ONE-TIME option to attend the next scheduled date or 14-day access to the Pre-recorded Virtual Course. 
• Once the date has been selected! It Cannot be changed
• Failure to complete the virtual course within in the time allowed will result in payments being forfeited!
• Failure to attend the newly scheduled class will result in payments being forfeited!
• Funds are forfeited for failure notify/attend a scheduled course
